Biomethane is injected at one point and used at an entirely different one. One biomethane supply chain that has to be documented across two parallel systems — at every stage and independently of one another.
Plant registration, grid connection, metering. This is where both the molecules and the data everything else rests on originate.
Take injected volumes into the balancing group.
Certify the plant, calculate the GHG value, issue the certificates in the register.
Supply contracts between market partners. The volume changes owner.
Transfer by nomination between the balancing groups of the contracting parties.
Transfer certificates to the buyer, carry the mass balance and GHG value forward.
The pipeline route through the European gas transmission network.
Capacity booking and nomination at the interconnection points between market areas.

Each level first plays its own voice: it is managed independently and follows its own regulatory rules. Yet both belong to the same composition — your biomethane portfolio — and must be in harmony at every stage. This is exactly where portfolios fall out of time. Not with us: as experienced biomethane composers, we arrange both voices so your portfolio stays in tune.

We hold no portfolio of our own. We focus entirely on our clients’ portfolios. A conflict of interest is therefore not unlikely — it is structurally impossible.
